Family maisonettes are double-storey. The lower level is open plan and has a bathroom with shower box and may have either twin beds joined together or one queen-sized bed. Wooden steps lead to the upstairs bedroom with twin beds joined together, a second TV and a second bathroom with shower box, slippers and amenities.
All have a furnished balcony on the lower level either with a view to the garden or with a view to the swimming pool. Mostly located at the pool complex.
The maisonetes with garden or pool view are 30 sq. meters.
