At Giannoulis – Cavo Spada Luxury Sports & Leisure Resort and Spa our intention is to always enrich the provided entertainment services and facilities. That is the reason of a weekly operational program full of music nights & animation events as well as sports activities, all focusing on both adults and children. Our guests have the chance to get informed of the entire entertainment activities program by asking the guest relation staff and if they wish to attend or participate in any of it, they just need to inform the front desk.
Summer means barbeque. Instead of your dinner with a small supplement, you are invited to participate in our BBQ on Mondays and fish night on Thursdays at the Sea Line Tavern.

The Cretan Gastronomy has always been based on superior quality, fresh and tasteful ingredients produced on the island.
The Chef and his team will learn you recipes and cooking techniques which have been passing from mother to daughter for many years.
Some of the recipes are: Kreatotourta, Kalitsounia, Saganaki, Dakos and many more.

Cretan Night. This night event includes a combination of live music in harmony with a traditional Cretan and Greek dancing show. Our dancers will be dressed up with the local traditional costumes offering a magnificent show. They will also show to our guests some dancing steps so as to join them on the dance floor.
International & Greek Night live music show. Our guests will have a great opportunity to enjoy some drinks listening International and Greek live music played from a band.
Crete is an ideal region for producing top quality wines. That is because there is a mild climate with plenty of sunshine, warm temperature, fertile soil, which all favor the cultivation of juicy and tasteful grapes. The local wine producers are invited to visit our hotel in order to present their wines; in that way our guests are capable of tasting a wide range of Cretan wines which will satisfy all kind of preferences and taste demands.

There is a wide range of flavors found in Cretan extra virgin olive oils. Flavors are determined by several factors including type of olives, ripeness of olives, growing conditions, and oil storage. It is believed thatyou don’t have to become a certified expert to be a good judge of the quality and grade of the olive oil. An expert person will be showing the tips on how to determine the quality and characteristics of the oil.
