Program Description

The Giannoulis Hotels & Resorts Group in reciprocation of your choice and confindence in our Hotels Group, has created the GIANNOULIS LOYALTY ‘FILOS’ CLUB.

The GIANNOULIS LOYALTY ‘FILOS’ CLUB is a membership club which is addressed at Giannoulis Hotels & Resorts guests.

The purpose of the program is to offer gifts and benefits through collection and redemption of points (“stars”). The plan applies to all customers or potential customers of hotels owned by the Giannoulis Hotels Group. By enrolling in the program, automatically the rights are secured for all of the hotels within the group, while the system of collecting and redeeming points (“stars”) have single character in all hotels of our Group. More specifically, the collection points is cumulative on the member’s name regardless of which hotel of the group the collection became, respectively redeem (“stars”) can be done in any hotels of the group regardless of which hotels they were collected.   1. Room number preference based on booking room category. FILOS GREEN members should notify the hotel in written by email 14 days prior to arrival requesting the room no they wish to be allocated (subject to availability)*
